BULLETIN: WEATHER TURNS OPPRESSIVE AGAIN

July 3, 1913 9:30 A.M.

The relief brought by yesterday’s heavy downpour and thunderstorms is gone. This morning is already quite warm and no rain or relief is forcasted. Medical staff are on full watch as has been the case for the entire encampment. Additional hospital admissions and non-hospital treatments continue to occur.
