President Woodrow Wilson arrived at Gettysburg via Presidential Rail a short while ago. He was met by Pennsylvania Governor John K. Tener, who only a few short months ago was the President’s neighboring Governor when the now-President was Governor of New Jersey.
The President entered the Great Tent through the ranks of Boy Scouts who were standing at Salute, then ascended the stage to the notes of “Hail to the Chief” courtesy of the Third Regiment Band of Pennsylvania’s National Guard.
The President will speak momentarily.
ADDITIONAL BULLETIN: 11:40 A.M.
